Print-On-Demand Products

Our products are print-on-demand, made uniquely for you only after you place your order. Because of this, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Replacements

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer free replacements. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product with the form below. Ensure you provide a clear photo showing the issue through our replacement request form. If multiple products with the same design are affected, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame will be required for confirmation.

Please note, we will not replace products if the wrong size or color was ordered.

Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5″) on direct-to-garment (DTG) products are not considered defects and will not qualify for replacements.

Refunds

Due to the print-on-demand process, we are not able to issue refunds.

To request a replacement, please fill out the form below and attach the necessary photos of damage or manufacturing errors. We will review your request, submit the information to Printify, and reach out with updates or to request more photos.
